In this month’s webinar, members of the ALT CoOL SIG will formally launch their new peer mentoring scheme on Friday 12th June, following the postponement of this event from February. Please register for this event via the ALT Events page.
We are aware that copyright is a tricky area, and so in the spirit of sharing the burden (or love) of copyright support we are creating a peer mentoring scheme. The scheme is aimed at those looking to offer their services as a mentor, or to be mentored.
Join Jane and Chris along with Liesl Rowe and Irene Baranco Garcia to find out more about how it will operate and to have the opportunity to sign up either as a mentee or a mentor. We have also put together a webpage with more details of the scheme.
While we definitely are not aiming at romance*, we hope the scheme will be able to make a match between those working in copyright, allowing them to gain skills from each other and build expertise.
