Fair Dealing Week 20-24th February 2023

Fair Dealing Week started in the US as Fair Use Week and was created by Kyle K Courtney. The following events took place in the UK to celebrate this week:

Monday 20th February, 5-6.30pm Institute of Advanced Legal Studies webinar. The Art of the Fair Deal(ing) with Amanda Wakaruk (University of Alberta) and Kyle K Courtney (Harvard University). watch the recording online.

Monday 21st February 2022

Fair Dealing launch event, hosted by Chris Morrison and Jane Secker. With Kyle K Courtney and Dr Emily Hudson at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS), 6-7.30pm on Zoom. Recording available online.
