Today’s copyright waffle podcast is an Icepops special as we were lucky enough to find the time to speak with keynote speaker Stephanie (Charlie) Farley (@SFarley_Charlie) from the University of Edinburgh. Charlie tells us about her copyright history and the work she’s been doing at Edinburgh to encourage people to engage with and create open educational resources (OERs).
She talks about her copyright and OER heroes, as well as those who have inspired her to take a playful approach to education and licensing. She also provides some hints of what her keynote session will involve and those coming to Icepops are definitely in for a treat. And of course, there’s the obligatory conversation about cake and sweet treats but you’ll have to listen to the end to find out what Charlie’s favourite is.
And don’t forget there’s still time to register for Icepops 2019!
