We are really excited to announce that the bookings are now open for Icepops 2018 which is shaping up to be an exciting event on playful and creative approaches to copyright, scholarly communication and information literacy. Submissions have been coming in this week from around the UK and from a number of international delegates. The conference takes place at the University of Liverpool on Tuesday 3rd April and we have a special discounted rate for speakers and also for students. We’re also delighted to have support from CREATe at the University of Glasgow, IPAN and next week we’re speaking to the IPO ‘Cracking ideas‘ Education team. There are now further details about our keynotes and speakers and we still have our call for contributions open until 8th January, but expect to make some announcements about confirmed speakers this side of Christmas. Places are going to be limited, so why not book your place early! Accommodation is not included but all refreshments and an evening social are part of the deal. This event is taking place as a satellite event immediately before the LILAC conference which needs to be booked separately.
