Icepops 2025 at Harvard

Unfortunately it has been necessary to cancel the Icepops conference which was due to take place in July 2025 at Harvard Law School. This is incredibly disappointing, but given the uncertainty about international travel to the US the organising committee took the decision that now was not the right time to bring the Icepops magic to the US. We continue to work with Kyle K Courtney and his team at Harvard Library and hope that we might be able to reschedule the event in the future.

We are working hard to try and find a UK venue to host the conference in 2025 which we hope to be able to announce shortly. It is likely that Icepops will take place in the autumn rather than in July to allow us more time to plan this event. As soon as we have further information we will post on the website. We appreciate your patience as we try to find a solution.

Huge thanks go to Kyle and his team at Harvard Library, as well as to the Information Literacy Group, without whom Icepops wouldn’t exist. This isn’t the end of the story though – we are determined to share Icepops with our North American friends when things have settled down a bit.

Sorry to hear that you’ve had to change your Icepops plans. I’m just putting in a plug for Exeter as a venue! If you fancy a visit to the South West, see the link below for info on our various conference venues:
